The very light vegetable oil base grapeseed avoids greasy feeling and penetrates very quickly.

Use

Vaporization, up to 6 times per day and as needed.
Any alternate areas of the skin:

on the inside of the wrist, then rub the two wrists against each other and breathe deeply and expressed odor
on the solar plexus, and massage in circular motions
inside the elbow then rubbed with the inner face of the opposite wrist

Special precautions

Avoid using on pregnant women and children less than 1 year.
